10 am – 2 pm – Optional packet pickup and registration at BookSmart (421 Vineyard Blvd., Morgan Hill). From 101, take the Tennant Avenue exit west to Monterey, turn left onto Monterey, then take an immediate right into the shopping center parking lot.

NOTES:

Advance packet pickup may be a particularly attractive option for families with children running the 2K and families and seniors running the all age 2K.
The 5K and 10K starts on the east side of the Live Oak campus. If you pick up your packets in advance (vs on race day), you may be able to park in the small lot on the east side and go directly to your start line without having to cross campus. This option will be particularly convenient for 10K runners who have already picked up their packet.
If you have not yet registered (and if there is still space available… we have a 1200 participant limit) this is your last chance to register at the pre-race-day price.

7:30 am – Day Registration Opens (if not sold out)
7:30 am – complimentary bagels and coffee for runners
7:30 am – Bib pickup opens for preregistered runners
7:30 am – T-Shirt pickup for preregistered runners
8:00 – Finish Fest and Expo open – Music and sponsor and vendor booths. Pre-run coffee. Post run snacks and water, t-shirts, free youth crafts and science activities, results kiosk.
8:30 am – Kids’ 2K Starts on TRACK
8:45 am – 10K Starts in EAST parking lot, near Main
9:00 – Kids’ 2K medals (at the track)
9:15 am – Family Fun 2K Starts on TRACK
9:15 am – 5K Starts in EAST parking lot
10:15 am (approx) – Medal awards begin at the podium at the finish fest, starting with top overall 10K and 5K
11:00 am – Courses Close
11:00 am – Deadline for t-shirt and medal pickup. (Remaining shirts will be released to late registrants who did not receive them. At this time, you will also have the opportunity to make a $10 donation to obtain an additional shirt, if available.)
